Welcome to Twin Hickory Tavern. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of http://www.twinhickorytavern.com/ opens in a new tab (the “Website”) and to reservations, orders, gift cards, and event bookings you make through it. The Website is operated by TH Restaurant Partners, LLC or GRIT Hospitality, LLC (“Twin Hickory Tavern,” “THT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates Twin Hickory Tavern at 11351 Nuckols Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059, and at 1420 N. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23229, home of The Nest rooftop bar. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Use of the Website

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with how it works, or try to access parts of it that are not meant for the public.

Menus, prices, hours, and events

We work to keep the information on the Website accurate, but menus, prices, specials, hours, live music lineups, trivia nights, and other events may change without notice. Menu items may vary between our Glen Allen and Parham Road locations. Prices shown online may differ from prices in the restaurant.

Reservations

Reservations may be made through SpotOn Reserve, by phone, or in person. Your use of SpotOn Reserve is also subject to that company’s own terms and privacy policy. We will do our best to honor every reservation, but we cannot guarantee specific tables, seating areas, or rooftop seating at The Nest, which may close due to weather. We may release a table if your party is more than 15 minutes late. Large parties of 8 or more may be subject to an automatic gratuity and other policies shared at the time of booking.

Online ordering, pickup, and delivery

Online orders for pickup or delivery may be processed through third-party services such as DoorDash. Those orders are also subject to the third party’s terms. Please check your order at pickup. If something is wrong or missing, contact the location you ordered from as soon as possible and we will work with you to make it right. Delivery timing and delivery issues are handled by the delivery provider.

Gift cards

Gift cards may be purchased in person and online and redeemed at either Twin Hickory Tavern location. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Promotional or bonus cards may have their own expiration dates and restrictions, which will be printed on the card or stated at the time of the offer.

Private events and The Nest

Private dining, parties, and events at either location, including The Nest, may require a signed event agreement and a deposit. The deposit, minimum spend, cancellation, and refund terms in your event agreement apply to your event.

Alcohol

You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid photo ID is required, and our staff may refuse service to anyone, in accordance with Virginia law.

Food allergies

Our kitchens handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. Please tell your server about any food allergies before ordering. Menu descriptions on the Website may not list every ingredient.

Promotions and contests

Promotions, discounts, trivia prizes, and giveaways are subject to the rules stated when they are offered. We may change or end any promotion at any time.

Our content

The Twin Hickory Tavern and The Nest names, logos, photos, menus, and other content on the Website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse, or sell them without our written permission. You may share links to the Website.

Third-party links

The Website may link to other sites, such as reservation, ordering, delivery, and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twin Hickory Tavern and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Virginia or federal law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Henrico County, Virginia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
